Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer.
Shipping Methods & Times
Australia:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Local Pickup: Available from Brookvale, NSW (by appointment)
New Zealand:
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount.
Shipping Carrier
We use Interparcel services including Aramex, Couriers Please, Australia Post, and other trusted carriers. Our default preference is Authority to Leave (ATL), however some carriers may still require signature for delivery.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Use this to track your package online.
Delivery
- Signature may be required for delivery depending on carrier
- If you're not home and no signature is required, items will be left in a safe location
- If signature is required and you're not home, items will be left with the carrier for collection
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary
Damaged or Lost Packages
Contact us immediately at support@runthewall.au if your package arrives damaged or goes missing. We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
