These Terms of Service govern your use of the RunTheWall website (runthewall.au), our physical facility, sessions, products, and services. By accessing our website, booking a session, or purchasing products, you agree to these terms.
1. About Our Services
RunTheWall operates:
- A wall running and trampoline facility in Sydney, NSW (adults only — 18+)
- An online store selling apparel, reusable drinkware, and sports equipment
- Corporate team building and group event experiences
2. Eligibility
Facility & Sessions
- All participants must be 18 years of age or older. We do not admit minors under any circumstances.
- All participants must sign a waiver and release of liability form before their first session.
- Participants must disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations prior to participation.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose behaviour poses a risk to themselves or others.
Online Store
- You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases on our website.
- By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Bookings & Sessions
- Sessions must be booked in advance through our website or booking system.
- Arrival: Participants should arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled session time.
- Late arrivals may result in reduced session time. We cannot extend sessions beyond their scheduled end time.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances including equipment maintenance, staffing, or safety concerns. In such cases, we will offer a reschedule or full refund.
4. Assumption of Risk & Waiver
- Wall running and related physical activities carry inherent risks including but not limited to sprains, fractures, bruises, and other injuries.
- All participants are required to sign a participation waiver acknowledging these risks before engaging in any activity at our facility.
- Participants engage in all activities at their own risk. RunTheWall, its employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except to the extent that liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
- Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by RunTheWall staff at all times. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the facility without refund.
5. Online Store — Orders & Pricing
- All prices on our website are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
- We reserve the right to update prices at any time without notice. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
- An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
- Product images are for illustrative purposes. Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship within Australia. International shipping may be available for select products — check product pages for availability.
- Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provide.
- It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by you.
7. Returns & Refunds

8. Gift Vouchers & Passes
- Gift vouchers and session passes are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
- Multi-visit passes are valid for the period specified at the time of purchase.
- Lost or stolen vouchers/passes cannot be replaced.
9. Intellectual Property
- All content on our website — including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and design — is the property of RunTheWall or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent.
- The RunTheWall name, logo, and branding are trademarks of RunTheWall Pty Ltd.
10. User Conduct
When using our website or facility, you agree not to:
- Engage in any activity that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts, or data
- Use our website or services for any commercial purpose without our written consent
- Harass, intimidate, or endanger other participants, staff, or visitors at our facility
- Film or photograph other participants without their consent
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services or products is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
12. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RunTheWall, its directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, misuse of our services, or negligent or unlawful conduct.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
