Welcome & Setup
Your team arrives to a warm greeting, receives custom t-shirts, and completes quick safety waivers. We start with a professionally guided warm-up designed to prepare your body for movement and reduce injury risk.
Safety Fundamentals
Before anyone jumps, we teach critical safety techniques. Learn proper "bail out" moves and body positioning that keep you safe throughout the session. This takes the fear out of trying new things.
Start From Zero
Our 7-level curriculum begins at absolute beginner. Everyone receives their own progress card and advances at their own pace. No pressure, no judgment—just structured progression that builds real skills.
Skills & Wall Running
Master trampolining fundamentals, then progress to wall running. Watch your team cheer each other on as they learn backflips, front flips, and run up walls. Real achievements that build real confidence.
Cool Down & Celebrate
End with a guided warm-down and a team recap of new achievements. Everyone leaves energized (not exhausted), with new skills mastered and stories to tell.

Common questions
We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially if you'd like custom t-shirt designs. Weekend slots fill up quickly, so the earlier you book, the better your chances of getting your preferred date and time.
Our coaches adapt the session to accommodate all fitness levels and physical abilities. Everyone works at their own pace using the progress card system. If someone can't participate, they're welcome to watch and support from our spectator lounge.
Yes! You're welcome to bring your own food and drinks. We also sell cold drinks and healthy snacks on-site. We have a dedicated area where you can set up refreshments. Many teams bring morning tea or light snacks for after the session.
Comfortable athletic wear that allows freedom of movement. Please bring good, durable socks. We recommend a t-shirt that covers your shoulders for comfort while jumping. If you forget, you can use your team print t-shirt (included in the package) or purchase a blank t-shirt on-site. Remove jewelry and tie back long hair for safety.
Our packages cater to groups of 1-9 people. For larger groups (10+), please get in touch and we'll create a custom package with multiple coaches and extended session times.
Once you send us your design (logo, company name, or custom artwork), we typically need 1-2 weeks to print. We'll send you a proof for approval before printing. Rush orders may be available - just ask!
