Story of RTW

After moving to Australia, I noticed a fascinating trend: in trampoline centres, acrobatic gyms, and skateparks, there seemed to be an unspoken age divide. I often saw young parents and adults over 21 sitting on the sidelines, watching their kids or others have fun, but rarely feeling comfortable enough to join in. It struck me how different this was from my own experience growing up.

Throughout my life, I’ve been active, traveling the world, and embracing sports—where adults and teens would share the same spaces, playing, learning, and pushing their limits together. I realised that for many people here, making that first leap into these activities can feel daunting, especially when it’s not something culturally encouraged.

But every time I managed to get parents or adults involved, guiding them through a few tricks or just encouraging them to give it a try, the response was always the same—pure joy. Watching them rediscover the fun of movement and learning something new was a game-changer. And they kept coming back for more.

That’s when it clicked for me. I could be the one to bridge this gap—to create a space where adults feel empowered to have fun, get active, and express themselves through non-mainstream sports. This felt right not only because of my background in building businesses and communities, but also because of my deep connection with extreme sports communities across Europe. My passion for this was even recognised internationally—my face was literally featured on the website of a company that supplies Olympic equipment, thanks to my involvement in competitions in Germany.

Watching people light up when they master a new skill is one of the greatest joys in my life. So, I decided to channel this passion into a new venture. That’s when I met Matthew. We connected during one of my training sessions, where I noticed something special about him. While most managers at trampoline centers stick to observing, Matthew was fully engaged—an active participant who was skilled in the sport and loved what he was doing. We quickly became friends, and when I shared my vision of building something new, starting with a trampoline wall, Matthew was all in. He immediately offered his support.

Fast forward two years, and what started with a simple idea has grown into something much bigger. We now have an Australian-based manufacturing business with our own facility and an R&D line, creating top-tier equipment for people who want to push their limits. We’re also building a vibrant community of people who love to stay active, whether they’re helping us develop products or using them to take their training to the next level.

I feel incredibly fortunate to be a part of this movement. My mission is simple: to create opportunities for adults to have fun, use high-quality equipment, and feel like superheroes in their own right—because there’s no reason fun should end as we grow older.
