Common questions

Each session runs for 1 hour 45 minutes and includes a ground warmup, four coached lesson blocks, free practice time, and a cooldown stretch. You train in small groups of up to 4 people, with expert coaches guiding every move from start to finish.

Not at all. We use a 7-level progress card system that starts from absolute beginner. Most people who come through our doors have never done anything like this before. Our coaches adapt to your level and build you up at your own pace.

None. We’ve had people aged 20 to 60 participate successfully. Everyone works at their own pace with zero pressure. If you can walk, you can do this.

We have a perfect safety record. Before you attempt anything challenging, we teach proper techniques and bail-out moves so you always know how to land safely. Professional coaches supervise everything, and our facility is purpose-built for this training.

Comfortable athletic clothes that allow freedom of movement. Bring good, durable socks and wear a t-shirt that covers your shoulders. Remove jewelry and tie back long hair before your session.

Wednesdays from 5:00 PM to 10:30 PM and Saturdays from 1:00 PM to 6:30 PM. Groups start staggered throughout the evening or afternoon, so you can pick a time that works for you.

Purchase online, and we’ll send a certificate code via email. The recipient uses that code to book their own session at a date and time that suits them. Simple as that.

Every trampoline facility in Australia makes most of its money from the same source: children's birthday parties and school holiday programs. When we decided to make RunTheWall adults-only, 18 and over, every business advisor we spoke with said the same thing. "You are leaving money on the table." They were right. And we did it anyway.

Here is why.

Adults Need Their Own Space

Think about the last time you tried something physically challenging in public. Now imagine doing it in a room full of ten-year-olds who are better at it than you. That is the reality for most adults who walk into a trampoline park. The environment is designed for kids: the music, the energy, the supervision ratios, the marketing. Adults are tolerated, not prioritized.

The result is predictable. Adults feel self-conscious, out of place, and unlikely to return. Research by Eather and colleagues (2023) in Systematic Reviews found that sports participation has meaningful positive effects on adult mental health and wellbeing. But those benefits only materialize if people actually keep showing up. Environment matters enormously.
