Each session runs for 1 hour 45 minutes and includes a ground warmup, four coached lesson blocks, free practice time, and a cooldown stretch. You train in small groups of up to 4 people, with expert coaches guiding every move from start to finish.
Not at all. We use a 7-level progress card system that starts from absolute beginner. Most people who come through our doors have never done anything like this before. Our coaches adapt to your level and build you up at your own pace.
None. We’ve had people aged 20 to 60 participate successfully. Everyone works at their own pace with zero pressure. If you can walk, you can do this.
We have a perfect safety record. Before you attempt anything challenging, we teach proper techniques and bail-out moves so you always know how to land safely. Professional coaches supervise everything, and our facility is purpose-built for this training.
Comfortable athletic clothes that allow freedom of movement. Bring good, durable socks and wear a t-shirt that covers your shoulders. Remove jewelry and tie back long hair before your session.
Wednesdays from 5:00 PM to 10:30 PM and Saturdays from 1:00 PM to 6:30 PM. Groups start staggered throughout the evening or afternoon, so you can pick a time that works for you.
